Initial Pest Control Inspection & Treatment

When you sign up for one of our Intelligent Choice Service Program (ICP) plans, we'll start your service with an initial inspection to uncover existing pest pressures, locate potential entry points, and identify conditions that may attract pests to your home. Based on our findings, we'll recommend an ICP plan that fits your home's needs and then get to work exterminating pests that have already made themselves at home in your home or on your property.

Year-Round Pest Control Service

To keep insects and rodents out of your home, Harris Pest Control will send out a pest control specialist every quarter to treat the exterior of your home. We realize our customers lead busy lives, so you don't even have to be home for the service to happen. Of course, if you have a pest problem inside your home, you'll have to be there to let us in.

In addition to the routine pest control services, we'll return to perform additional services according to your chosen plan.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee?

At any point between scheduled services, if you see pests in your house covered under your Intelligent Choice Service Program, Harris Pest Control will come out to service your home at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

Do you offer one-time pest treatments?

We do offer one-time treatments. However, we highly recommend signing up for an ongoing home pest control plan to keep insects and rodents away all year.

What is a yearly moisture service?

It depends on what's under your house, but it may include service for your dehumidifier, cleaning or replacing the filter on the unit, and replacing the valve on the sump pump. We also will check moisture and humidity levels (comparing the crawlspace humidity to the humidity outside that day) and repair any rips or tears in the liner. If you're interested in a pest control plan that includes moisture service, ask about our Complete Home Protection Plan.
